EPCPROMAN — Piping Construction Management
EPCPROMAN supported the complete piping construction workflow, including Piping Isometric Spooling, Material Management, Front Analysis, Piping Job Cards, and Material Issuance.
The solution was also used for monitoring Fabrication Activities, Erection Activities, and Pressure Testing, along with Piping Spool Tracking through Barcode/RFID Scanning Technology.
EPCPROMAN — Structural Construction Management
EPCPROMAN facilitated the management of prefabricated Structural Assemblies, covering Structural Assembly Receipt, Issuance, and Site Consumption Tracking.
Barcode/RFID-based tracking was implemented for Structural Assemblies to monitor their movement and status during construction.

EPCPROMAN supported Electrical & Instrumentation construction material management, including E&I Tagged Items, Bulk Materials, Cable Drum Tracking, and Cable Schedule Tracking.
Barcode/RFID Automation & 3D Progress Monitoring
Barcode/RFID scanning technology was implemented for Piping Spool and Structural Assembly Tracking.
The captured tracking information was used for construction progress representation on 3D models through colour-coded status indicators.
Project Control & Construction Activity Management
EPCPROMAN supported Project Control Activities and Construction Progress Monitoring across Piping, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Tankage disciplines.
The implementation covered fabrication, erection, pressure testing, material issuance, structural assembly movement, and E&I material and cable tracking activities.
